ORIGINAL MUSIC

At Bahía Visual we believe in the power of music to convey powerful emotions in commercials, documentaries and digital content. From the initial stages of development to the final touches of each video, we meticulously craft sounds that serve and enhance the story.

We are versatile in creating diverse genres of music and sounds that move emotions, and we thrive in mixing sounds from Latin America with electronic music.  This glocal approach to sound is our tool to make brands sound different and authentic in a world of “stock music”.

Carlos Nieto - Travel Collection

How can you travel to 3 different destinations in a single song? That’s the challenge we faced when creating this track. Mixing electronic sounds with world instruments and sound effects, we explore places such as New York, Italy and Greece.

Novo Mundo - Expedition

Atmospheres from the deep jungle and expeditionary sounds merge in this track for Novo Mundo candles, a brand that celebrates the heritage of the botanical expedition of South America through its carefully crafted products.

Stardog - At Home

Stardog Loungewear’s products are designed to be cozy clothes to use at home. Contemporary chill hop sounds and melodic vocals were used to create an atmosphere that invites you to stay under the covers on a rainy day.

Martin Pescador: Tropical Anthem

All the character of Cuban music, with its powerful trumpets and vintage textures, inspired this track for Martin Pescador, a brand that celebrates the unique personality of the tropics.

Impulse: Deep Travel

Colombia is a destination full of landscapes, colors, sounds and energy. Inspired by all this diversity, we mixed bagpipes and electric guitars with a strong electronic vibe for the launch of the travel agency Impulse.

Santalaia: Breathe

Organic sounds and melodies create the perfect atmosphere for this video for the Santalaia Building in Bogota, with the largest green wall in the world.

Arponero: Mixing Dominoes

Using samples of a game of dominoes and the voices of its players, we built a song to celebrate the end of the day after a long day of fishing. Music for the short documentary Arponero, shown in Cine Colombia theaters.

Arponero: Morning Hunt

Powerful percussion, cinematic sounds and aboriginal textures were used for this opening score for Arponero, a short film about the last spearfisherman of the Colombian Pacific. Exhibited in Cine Colombia theaters.

Hyatt: Expect the Unexpected

The energy of cumbia, with its rhythms and guitars, meets synthesizers and samples in this track for Grand Hyatt Hotel.

Arponero: Mija Raye el Coco

The foley sounds of a “ceviche” preparation are mixed with the voice of Pepe, the last spearfisherman, to turn this scene into an unpredictable party. Music for the short documentary film Arponero, screened at Cine Colombia theaters.
